Yes they are, the Switcheasy rebel essentials are now available on Switcheasy’s website. If you own a rebel, or rebel touch for your iPhone 3G or iPod Touch 2G then you might want to take a look at this new product.
Do you love your rebel? Have you ever wished you can have all the colors? Well now you can without spending nearly as much cash. A rebel essential is the “back bone” of your rebel, you can order more in different colors to change them from time to time. Or if you are in a situation where that piece snaps then you can just order a new one for only $4.99. They come in 5 different colors and they are, black, white, red, orange, and purple.
To order one of the Rebel Essentials for your iPod touch 2G or iPhone 3G, you can visit Switcheasy’s website/store here. I think Switheasy will add more colors later on, when they do I will let you guys know.

Hey everybody Ryan here again and this time I am here to do a quick review of GelaSkins for the iPhone/iPod Touch and many other products that you would like to put stickers on to protect your device or devices.
GelaSkins also has skins for laptops which include the line of MacBooks.
These GelaSkins are great skins for any of your products and am currently using mine on my iPod Touch 2G. Also GelaSkins has some great screen protectors for the iPhone/iPod Touch which are really great screen shields. The skins and the screen shields are really easy to apply and they looks great and also if you use a skin on your device it does not add any bulk so you will not have to remove if you wanted to use an additional case for your device.
I hope everybody enjoyed this quick review of GelaSkins for all of your tech gadgets that you may have and go ahead and check them out at www.gelaskins.com. I am sure that you will love there selection of skins for many devices.
Also one more thing I forgot to mention. If you were to buy a skin for the iPhone/iPod Touch you can also go to their website and download a wallpaper for your iPhone/iPod Touch that will match the skin and blend in as if it were a sticker on the screen.
Thanks everybody,
Ryan M

Contour send me the Snowcase Touch for review. I have been using it for about 2 days now and I am ready to give you guys my impressions on this iPod Touch 1g case.
In the box you get:
Showcase Touch
Belt Clip
Instructions
The case is made out of hard plastic and a little rubber to help grip the iPod in your hand. The case covers your whole iPod giving it great protection. The screen is not covered of course but that is really not a problem since you can just put on a screen protector if you are afraid of scratching your screen. The dock connector and headphone jack are covered, to keep dust away. To plug in headphones all you have to do is remove the rubber headphone piece. It is connected to the dock protector piece so you don’t loose it. Here is a picture of the bottom.

One thing I really liked about this case was the rubber on the sides. I wasn’t afraid of the iPod slipping from my hand. I had this problem with other hard cases so I am glad this one has rubber on the sides. The way you open this case is by sliding the lock switch on the right side of the case to the unlock position. Then just use your finger nail to open the case. It opens like a door, I have never seen a case open this way so I thought it was very clever.
The buttons were very easy to get to. It is true the iPod touch doesn’t have many buttons, but on my last hard plastic case the power button was very hard to push. With this case I haven’t had this problem.

The belt clip which is included in the box is really easy to put on and take off. It does not swivel which I really like, and you can use it with your iPod in vertical and horizontal mode. If you are not a fan of belt clips don’t worry. The Showcase has a little black piece that covers the place where the belt clip is supposed to go. So if you don’t like belt clips you can take it off.
This case is compatible with the 8GB and 16GB iPod Touch 1g’s. If you are in the market for a case for your iPod Touch 1g then take a look at this case. It is $34.95 at Contour’s website which you can view here. The case offers great protection for your iPod and the design is great. Contour also have many other cases for many iPod models and laptop sleeves. So go take a look at this case and all the other products Contour have to offer.

Some of you may know that I recently received a RebelTouch case for my iPod Touch 2nd Generation from Switcheasy. This company sent me one of their many cases to review for them.
Style:
First off, the design of this case is magnificent. I have never seen a case better designed. Whoever thought of this idea was brilliant. As you can see above from the picture there are two parts to the case; a softer shell to cover the iPhone/iPod Touch and then a harder skeleton like cover for durability. The above picture is of black on black but I am sure with various colors mixed together it would look absolutely magnificent and would love to find out.
Durability:
After one day of use with this case I can already see after just throwing my iPod Touch on the desk when I get to my next period class that it has a bounce factor to it and is very shock resistant, you do not need to have any worry about cracking the screen from a short distance. But like all cases you can never guarantee that the iPhone/iPod Touch’s screen will never crack when you drop it from a higher distance.
Protection:
This case covers the whole back of the iPhone/iPod Touch as well as the chrome bezel around the edge of the front of the device. This case also comes with a dock protector to cover up the dock connection whenever you are not syncing/charging the device to your computer. In addition to these features the case also protects the volume up and down buttons as well as the sleep-wake button.
Included:
On the website where it says “this comes with everything but the kitchen sink” the company is totally true it comes with a cleaning cloth, squeegee, dock protector, headphone port extender, video dock stand, dock adapter, and 2 SCREEN PROTECTORS! This is an absolute great deal for only $24.99 US.
Overall I believe this case is one of the best out there right now for the iPod Touch. Before I had this case I had an InCase slider which did a good job but just not good enough for my needs. Also the InCase slider only came with the case and not all of the other perks that the RebelTouch from SwitchEasy comes with.
Hope to review more cases from SwitchEasy in the future and hope everybody enjoyed this and remember if you need great protection for your iPhone/iPod Touch head to http://www.switcheasy.com for great cases.
Thanks,
Ryan M.

Recently I bought a case for my iPod Touch, the case I got is called the Switcheasy Capsule Touch, it is a hard plastic case that is only for the iPod Touch 1G. I got it white because I like the color and I won’t have finger prints all over the case. Here are a few pictures.

Now this case comes bundled with a bunch of goodies. It comes with a Universal Dock Adapter, Two screen protectors (one white and one black), tactile touch pads (stickers you put on your home button before applying the screen protector), headphone adapter (in case your headphones can’t plug in), a video stand, connector protector (protects the dock connector), back protection guard (like a invisible shield), and of course you get the 2 piece case. The case is available in 6 colors, black, red, white, pink, orange, and clear. You choose.
I have been using the case for 2 days now, and I love it. It gives my iPod great shock protection, it is easy to slide in and out of my pocket but one problem I have with the case is that it has no grip, so when I hold it in my hand am afraid to drop it. Other than that and that it adds a little bulk to the device it is a great case. If you would like to purchase it right now it’s $24.99 on the Switcheasy website, but I can try to get you some coupons if you are going to buy it, just e-mail me contact@saltytech.com.
