If you haven’t noticed yet twitter have updated the hourly API call limit from 100 to 150. What does that mean to you? Well you will be able to receive twitter updates more frequently. I
am expecting the change to spread to all twitter clients sooner or later, but it’s not confirmed yet. Twirl and Tweet Deck are the two I heard have been updated.
Do you notice your twitter client updating more frequently? Let us know in the comments below! Oh and let me know what twitter client you’re using.

Twitter is a free service used to update your friends on what you are doing. You can create an account for twitter here. I got an account a couple days ago and love it. Others can follow you and receive your updates, and you can follow your friends and receive their updates.
There are a couple ways you can receive updates and post updates, one is using the web. Just sign in into your account and post from there, you will be able to see updates of the people your following but you won’t be notified when they post an update. Now the best way is using an application called twitterific, but it’s only available for Mac. It’s a desktop application so when a friend you’re following posts an update you will be notified by a sound and a little window. If you don’t have a Mac, there is one more way and it’s using the iPhone/iPod Touch application twitterific. Get it form the App Store for FREE!
So, what are you waiting for? Go get a twitter account; it’s easy, free, and fast. Once you set up your account you can follow me at www.twitter.com/saltytech. Thanks for reading!
